I’m so excited to introduce my dear friend Nam Vo, who’s here to share what’s become her entire personality. From a mask that’s been a staple in her routine for over 17 years to her current digestion essentials, Nam is giving us a peek into what she can’t stop raving about.
A little bit about Nam—she has an incredible story, and I was lucky enough to meet her before she was famous and getting stopped on the street. Nam gained notoriety for her jaw-dropping glow makeup, which she cheekily calls “glow jobs,” and for affectionately dubbing her followers “dewy dumplings.” She is the definition of self-made: starting at a MAC counter, moving to New York with a dream, doing makeup for strippers at strip clubs, becoming an editorial and celebrity makeup artist, and eventually transitioning into a full-time content creator. Nam has worked with every major makeup beauty brand under the sun and painted the faces of icons like Kylie Jenner, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
Nam is a natural-born entertainer with impeccable taste, but what truly sets her apart is her honesty, generosity, and warmth. She’s the kind of friend who keeps it real and lights up every moment with her humor and heart. Being in her presence is like a masterclass in authenticity and fun and I’m endlessly grateful to have her in my life.
And without further ado, Nam is here to share what’s become her entire personality!
Chow Chows
I spend all day thinking about Chow Chows. Whether I’m looking at my beautiful Chow Buffy Bearington or scrolling through other Chow pages on Instagram, I’ve basically become a Chow expert and love being part of the Chow community. Buffy is literally perfect—I love to squeeze him, and he brings me so much joy. Everywhere we go, people stop us to admire him.
Natura Bisse Mask
This has been in my makeup kit for 17 years. I call it my snatching mask. It deep cleans and leaves skin glassy and tight. I am never without one. It’s a universal product that I recommend to everyone and use multiple times a week before makeup.
Olive Oil Shots
I take a shot of high high quality olive oil every single morning. In addition to all the benefits associated with olive oil (better digestion, cardiovascular health, decreasing blood sugar), I am convinced it makes me less hungry and keeps me full.
Share Swiss Original (Dewy Dump Apricot)
My love for this Japanese fermented apricot—which I call my “Dewy Dump” apricot (because no one wants a dry one!)—has taken the internet by storm. When I first posted about it last year, the company was so overwhelmed with orders that they had to expedite the opening of their US warehouse because the dumplings went wild for it! I discovered this magical apricot at the world-famous Lanserhof Clinic when I was super backed up. You take it with warm water, and it works like an exorcism for your butt—seriously, it cleans you out.
It’s been so much fun hearing from people who’ve tried it. Beyond its cleansing powers, it’s packed with probiotic benefits, making it a truly great product. Use code DEWYDUMP for a discount!
LED lights
I’m a total LED whore. I’ve got them all over my apartment, but my two favorites are the Therabody mask and the Dermalux panel. I use them everywhere—in bed, on the couch while talking to friends, you name it. I even travel with the Therabody one because it has this amazing eye massage that I’m obsessed with. I’m even thinking about splurging on the full body Celluma LED bed, but an investment like that would definitely require daddy’s credit card!

Infrared Saunas
Lately I’ve been going to Continuum in NYC and I love all their fancy wellness tools, but the sauna is definitely my favorite. It’s such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience and I feel extra dewlicious afterwards!
Fwee Viral Pudding Pots
These went viral and are worth the hype. The texture is like suede–fluffy, soft, and matte. I like using them on my lips and experimenting with layering different colors. My current favorite lip combo–I use the red in the center of my lips and top it with a nude gloss. They’re also what I call “cheap and cheerful” at just $13!
Herbivore Oil
I use this oil a lot in the winter months because I can’t be a dry dumpling! I layer it on top of my skincare at night and like adding a few drops to my foundation for extra glow.
